Ashish Chaughule
Director
Ashish has a B.E. in Computer Science and an MBA in International Business. He has held leadership roles at JP Morgan Chase, Bank of America, and Citi, where he was Global Product Head for ERP and TMS integrations. With over 14 years of voluntary work, he has earned the U.S. President’s Volunteer Service Award and served as Treasurer, President, and Chairman of BMM. Ashish is also an avid marathoner, having completed all six World Major Marathons.
Ashish holds a B.E. in Computer Science and an MBA. He has led in top financial institutions like JP Morgan, Bank of America, and Citi. A dedicated volunteer for over 14 years, he earned the U.S. President’s Volunteer Service Award and held leadership roles in BMM. He’s also completed all six World Major Marathons.

Girish, an accomplished Head Hunter, brings a wealth of experience in talent acquisition across diverse industries, including hospitals, ready mix concrete, multiplex, float glass, container glass, auto ancillaries, medical devices, cosmetics & personal care, precision machine tools, and private equity funds. His professional journey has taken him both across India and internationally. In addition to his successful career, two Marathi books, "Head Hunter" and "Nipun Shodh," were written by Sumedh Vadavala Risbud. These books offer a unique perspective on the intricacies of head hunting, providing valuable insights for those interested in understanding talent acquisition across various industries.
